This luxury hotel is located in the Kumköy holiday area. The private hotel beach is 400 m away (regular shuttle service available). Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 3 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The impressive holiday resort offers a total of 584 rooms across six floors. The many amenities for a relaxing holiday include the elegant reception hall with reception desk, lifts and a lobby bar with inviting seating, the main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants, several bars, a cinema and a disco, an indoor pool (heated depending on weather) with a separate children's pool, and an ultra-modern wellness area. Some shops, two conference rooms and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the beautifully landscaped gardens, you will find an amphitheater, the pool landscape with a separate children's pool, and as a highlight, the Aquapark with 11 water slides (9 water slides for children aged 7-10, "Cobra and Slide Boat" available from age 10). By the pool, there is a pool/snack bar, and on the private beach section, a beach bar for snacks (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and drinks (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.). Sun loungers with cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the pool. Wi-Fi is included in the building and around the pool.
Please note the following restrictions during the winter season:
- The aquapark is not in operation.
- Outdoor areas have limited availability.
- No beach bar.

Accommodation

Double room

The stylishly furnished rooms in bright colors offer shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled and at specific hours), one French bed and one twin bed, minibar, plasma satellite TV (HD TV) with music channel, kettle for tea/coffee making, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) can be booked for an extra charge. Single room = Double room for single use (DE/DES).

Family room

With similar features to the double rooms, these offer one bedroom with a French bed and a further bedroom with a connecting door and two twin beds (Max. occupancy 5+0: 2FA, Max. occupancy 3+1: 2FC). Side sea view is available for a fee (Maximum occupancy is 4 people) (2FB).

Super saver room

Identical to the double room on the land side (SSZ). DR = SR for single use (SSE).

Large double room

With similar features to the double rooms, but more spacious (D2X).

The "Water World" restaurant is open 24 hours. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars; furthermore, selected import drinks are available from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks and water. Appropriate clothing (long trousers for men) is requested for dinner.
