The holiday complex, popular with many returning guests, is separated from the long, wide sandy beach only by the beach promenade. Side, with its many shopping and entertainment facilities, is about 2 km away; public minibuses are available nearby.

The well-known resort hotel offers a total of 304 rooms spread across eight floors. The many amenities for a successful holiday include the elegant reception hall with reception, panoramic elevators, chic seating areas and the lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel area. Furthermore, a main restaurant with terrace (from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (once per stay with reservation and subject to availability, international à la carte from 9 years old), other bars, a patisserie, the satellite TV room, discotheque (three times a week), two conference rooms, the modern indoor pool (closed in summer) and the beautiful spa area. Also elegant shops and the hairdresser (each for a fee). On the terrace, customers have a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a small water park with four slides (slides are located in the Club Melas Prive, available hourly from May 1st to October 31st), sun terraces and the pool/snackbar. Sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels are included here and on the beach (with beach/snackbar from May 1st to Oct 31st).
Winter:
- Only two à la carte restaurants are offered.
- Discotheque only three times a week.
- Sunbeds and beach towels are only available on the sun terrace and are included.
- Only daytime soft animation is offered for entertainment.
- No children's program available.
- The indoor pool is open from November 1st to March 31st.

Accommodation

Double room

The modern rooms offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes in winter, direct dial telephone, minibar, Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (centrally controlled), laminate flooring and a balcony with garden view (D). Side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Large double room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they are just more spacious and have a side sea view. (2SX)

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they have two bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom/toilet and a side sea view (2SS).

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich buffets for breakfast (with freshly squeezed orange juice), lunch and dinner, late riser breakfast, pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, various snacks during the day, as well as ice cream hour and midnight snack. Various local and selected imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars, included. The minibar is stocked daily with water, soda, soft drinks and beer.
