The modern holiday resort is located at the edge of Kumköy. You can reach the expansive sandy beach after 300 m via a small footpath. Side itself is approximately 7 km away; public minibus connections are available on the road.

This chic holiday destination offers 314 rooms spread across six floors. Amenities for a carefree holiday include an elegantly designed lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. There is a main restaurant with a terrace, several bars, and two à-la-carte restaurants (by reservation with guest relations, one visit per week to one of the restaurants included). Various shops, a game hall, conference rooms, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Additionally, there is a modern indoor pool (open during the low season, heated depending on weather conditions) and an appealing spa area. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, besides the stage for evening entertainment, you will find a pool landscape with a large main pool, a separate children's pool, and another pool with three water slides (open by the hour), as well as sun terraces and a pool bar.
