Location

The holiday resort is located in the Side holiday region, separated from the sandy beach only by the beach promenade. The historic center of Side is about 4 km away. Public minibus connections are available approximately 500m away on the main road, and taxis are directly in front of the hotel.

The chic holiday accommodation has a total of 352 rooms spread over 8 floors (with elevators). The interior includes the reception area with a lobby and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. Amenities include the main buffet restaurant with two terraces, various à la carte restaurants (one complimentary visit per week to one of the two à la carte restaurants, with reservation and subject to availability), a patisserie, several bars, and a games room, as well as the light-filled indoor pool (open and heated during the winter season from 1.11. to 31.3.). Conference rooms and various shops are available for a fee. The outdoor area features three freshwater swimming pools, an integrated children's pool with a depth of 40 cm, a children's water slide pool (from 15.4. to 15.10. and at specific hours), and sun terraces. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here and on the beach. Private cabanas are available at an extra charge. Guests can use the "Palomaqua" free of charge. Winter:
- Only two specialty restaurants are available.
- Pavilions cannot be used.
- Daytime entertainment is limited to soft animation, with occasional live music in the evenings.
- Indoor pool is heated.
- Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas on the sun terrace are available weather permitting.

Double Room Type A

The rooms are attractively furnished and offer a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), minibar, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, tiled floor, French balcony, and garden view (DA). Available for booking with a balcony at an extra charge (D). Rooms with a balcony and sea view are also bookable at an extra charge (DM).

Double Room Type B

The rooms are attractively furnished and offer a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), minibar, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, sofa, tiled floor, French balcony, and sea view (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Large Double Room

With the same amenities, these rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms and have sleeping facilities for a third person (single bed) and a fourth person (sofa), coffee/tea setup, a walk-in shower/WC, balcony, and sea view (MX2). In summer, available with pool view and terrace (D2X) at an extra charge.

Suite

The suites have a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with marble flooring and two sofa beds. The bathroom features a Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower/WC, a coffee/tea setup, and a balcony with a sea view (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as a buffet. Freshly squeezed orange juice during breakfast, late riser's breakfast, snacks available throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Ice cream is available during lunch and dinner in the main restaurant (from 15.4.-15.10.), as well as late dinner and midnight snacks. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included at the open bar 24 hours a day. In the nightclub, drinks are available from 11 PM to 1 AM (open on certain days). The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Luxury Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported beverages and meals at the Steak A la carte restaurant (15.4-15.10).

Sports included

Fitness room, table tennis, gymnastics, aerobics, beach volleyball (weather permitting), billiards, boccia, and darts.

Children's program

Hourly mini-club for children aged 4-12 during the day, a teenage club (13-16 years) in the summer, and a playground.

Wellness

Turkish bath and sauna are included; massages and treatments are available for a fee.

Daily animation program, evening entertainment shows, occasional live music, and live shows.

Hotel service

The "Palomaqua" (water park) is available to guests of Paloma Perissia free of charge from April 1st to October 31st. A shuttle service is organized by the hotel twice daily (morning and afternoon). The water park is closed during lunchtime. Admission to the water park and shuttle transfer must be reserved the day before with guest relations.
Doctor, room service, and laundry service are available for a fee.
