The modern hotel is centrally located in the Kumköy holiday area, about 1000 m from the long sandy beach; a hotel-run shuttle service is available free of charge several times a day. You can reach the picturesque Old Town of Side after approx. 5 km; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The hotel offers everything needed for a "dreamy" family holiday, but singles and couples will also find it to their liking. The family rooms offer special service with sleeping arrangements for up to 5 people. The many amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi included throughout the entire hotel complex and in the rooms. The main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (once per stay, subject to availability, advance reservation required), various bars, a patisserie, the heated indoor pool (seasonal) and the modernly equipped wellness center as well as various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the outdoor area, there are not only freshwater pools—one of which is an active pool where action is part of the daily routine—but also the aqua park from 15.4.–15.10. (weather permitting) with many water slides (open by the hour), which are not only the most modern but also the most exciting. There is a pool for adults aged 18+. Action and boredom have no chance here. This applies just as much to the Dream Wonderland for children with its own slide park and the large children's pool. The hotel's own fine, sandy beach with a gently sloping sea is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bars, covered sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are of course included there.

Double room

The approx. 25 m² comfortable rooms in a tasteful ambiance offer a floor-level shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (central, operated by the hour), satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi connection, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, rental safe, minibar, tiled floor with laminate look, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Double room TYPE A

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these are somewhat more spacious (approx. 30 m²); allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier (DA). (Bookable under AYTD16 as Large Double Room (D2X).)

With similar facilities to the double rooms, they are somewhat more spacious (approx. 40 m²) and additionally feature two bedrooms with a connecting door and a bathroom; each room has its own satellite TV (DF2).

Family room Duplex

With similar facilities to the family rooms, but in maisonette style (DUF).

Family Suite

With similar facilities to the family rooms, these are approx. 48 m² in size and feature 2 bathrooms (2FS).

Superior Pool View

Identical in facilities to the double rooms, they additionally offer a pool view, a complimentary trial massage (15 min), additional use of the à la carte restaurants, a beach bag, and a 20% discount in the spa (DSP). In Summer 26, EZ = DZ for single use (DST/ZSE).

Annex Family Room

The approx. 45 m² rooms feature 2 bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom with shower/WC, and are located in the annex building; each room has its own LCD television. Otherwise similar facilities to the double rooms with a balcony (2FA).

Double room Pool View

With similar facilities to the double rooms and featuring a pool view (PD). DZ=EZ for single use (PDE).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight snacks. Once per stay, you can dine in one of the à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and only with advance reservation). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The minibar is filled daily with water and mineral water.
