Location

The hotel, built in 2021, is located in Kumköy, about 450 meters from the sandy beach. Various shopping and entertainment facilities are located in Side and can be easily reached by public transport or taxi after approx. 5 km.

Facilities

The Kirman Group hotel complex offers a total of 420 rooms spread over five floors with lifts. Among the amenities are the elegant reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating areas and an elegant lobby, and a game hall. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. The hotel also offers a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (reservation required, once included for at least 7 nights in one of the two à la carte restaurants), a discotheque (open on certain days). Various shops. a minimarket (each for a fee), a wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate activity pool for children and a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols and beach towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach.
All facilities and services in the indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel are open subject to weather conditions, availability and the hotelier's discretion.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms with a French bed and a single bed offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate flooring and a balcony (D). Rooms with a partial sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DMS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Superior Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are equipped with an additional sofa bed and have a land view (DSU). Sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DMU).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door. One room has a double bed, the other room has two single beds, each with a bathroom, LCD satellite TV and air conditioning (hourly, central) (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge (F2M).

For breakfast, late risers' breakfast, and dinner, help yourself to the extensive buffets. Lunch is available at the snack restaurant and, during high season, at the main restaurant. Tea, coffee, and pastries are available during the day. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars (some imported drinks included).
