Location

The hotel, situated in the heart of the Side-Kumköy tourist region, opened its doors in the summer of 2024. It is located just 1.7 km from one of the most beautiful fine-sand beaches on the Turkish Riviera. A regular shuttle service to the beach is provided. There are various entertainment and shopping options in the immediate vicinity, and public minibus connections and taxis are available right near the hotel.

Among the many amenities are a spacious lobby with a reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms (included). The main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (once per stay, subject to availability and by prior reservation), several bars, and a patisserie are available. Various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee), a heated indoor pool (open during the winter season), and a modern, well-equipped wellness area are also on-site. The outdoor area features freshwater pools, including an activity pool for daytime action, and an aqua park* with numerous water slides (open by the hour), which are among the most modern and exciting in the area. With this rich variety of offerings, there is no chance for boredom. This also applies to the "Dream Wonderland" (open by the hour) for children, which features its own water slide park and two large children's pools. The hotel's own fine-sand, gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bars, sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are, of course, included. The aqua park is open from April 15th to October 15th (weather permitting before and after these dates); use is restricted to a maximum height of 120 cm.
The QUM VILLAGE area:
The exclusive All-Inclusive-Plus concept applies exclusively in Qum Village, which has 27 exclusive rooms. As a guest of this adults-only area (18+), you have the opportunity to use the facilities of Dream Fun World as well as Dream Water World free of charge daily.

Accommodation

Double Room

The comfortable, approx. 25 m² rooms consist of one bedroom and feature a floor-level shower/WC, telephone, hairdryer, card-lock system, central air conditioning (operational by the hour), satellite TV with music channel, minibar (water and mineral water), kettle with coffee/tea set, safe (for a fee), direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Double Room Swim-Up

These rooms offer similar amenities, are approx. 28 m² in size, and feature direct pool access, which is exclusive to Swim-Up room guests. They have a large balcony that is not overlooked by neighbors (SWD). In Summer '26, also bookable as a double room for single use (SWE). For safety reasons, only bookable for children aged 12 and over.

Double Room Type A

With similar amenities to the standard double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger (approx. 30 m²) and can accommodate a maximum of 3+1 or 2+2 (DA).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the standard double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door and one bathroom; each room has its own TV, and they are approx. 40 m² in size (DF2). Family rooms with 2 bathrooms are available for an extra charge (2FA).

Duplex Family Room

With similar amenities to the standard double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms in maisonette style and feature 1 bathroom/WC; each room has its own TV. They are approx. 40 m² in size (DUF).

Qum Village Room

Guests in Qum Village rooms (18+ years) can also use the Dream Water World hotel. An exclusive AI-Plus concept applies. The room is located in the Qum Village area on the third floor (DB). Bookable with a surcharge for a room with a whirlpool on the second floor (DC) or on the ground floor with a terrace and direct pool access (DD).

Superior Pool View

These are identical in amenities to the double rooms and additionally offer pool views, a complimentary taster massage (15 min), additional access to the à la carte restaurants, a beach bag, and a 20% discount in the spa (DSP). Double room for single use (DST/ZSE).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Late breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea, waffles, and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Once per stay, you can dine in one of the three à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and by prior reservation). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The minibar is refilled daily with water and mineral water as needed.

Not included in All Inclusive

All imported drinks, drinks after 12:00 AM, freshly squeezed fruit juices, ice cream on the beach.

Ultra All Inclusive (Qum Village rooms)

The minibar in all rooms is refilled daily with canned beer, canned soft drinks, bottled water and mineral water, mixed nuts, chocolate, and chips. A capsule coffee machine, kettle, and tea/coffee set are available in the rooms, along with higher-standard bathroom amenities. The Qum Village bistro-snack restaurant is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Additionally, all drinks are served in glasses, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic cocktails with freshly squeezed fruit juices are available at the bar. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, popsicles and fresh local fruit (seasonal) are available. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included in glasses.

Darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, archery, morning gymnastics, water aerobics, and much more are available to you. Additionally, there is a modern, functional, and spacious fitness room at your disposal.
