Located approx. 350 m from the expansive sandy beach of Kumköy, which can be reached after crossing the local road. The resort of Side is approx. 4 km away. Taxi and public minibus connections are available.

Facilities

The 6-story resort hotel features 351 rooms distributed between a main building and 2 annex buildings. It offers guests a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 p.m., check-out until 12 p.m.), a lobby with a bar, a total of 6 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a hairdresser, a mini-market, other shops, and a disco. A snack bar is available to cater to your culinary needs.

Double room

These tastefully furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, rental safe, mini-fridge, tea/coffee setup, air conditioning (individually adjustable), LCD satellite TV with music channel, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Single room = Double room for single use (DE).

Double room annex building

Have similar facilities but a slightly smaller bathroom; built in 2020 and located in the annex buildings on the land side (DNH/ENH).

Double room outdoor whirlpool

With approx. 51 m², these rooms offer more space. They also feature individually adjustable air conditioning, a rental safe, hairdryer, shower/WC, TV, and a partially covered terrace with a whirlpool and sun loungers (G2J). Also available for single occupancy (G1J).

Club room

These club rooms are located in the "Club House" and offer approx. 22 m². They are otherwise equipped identically to the double rooms (CD/CDE).

Family room

These are also located in the "Club House" and offer more space with approx. 31 m². They feature a double bed and a separate bedroom with single beds (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, as well as afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and an ice cream hour. You can choose to dine once per stay in the à la carte restaurant (with prior reservation, subject to availability). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10 a.m. and midnight at the bars currently open. Your mini-fridge is stocked once upon arrival with mineral water and soft drinks; still water is replenished daily. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
