The expansive holiday resort impresses with its direct location on the beautiful sandy/pebbly beach of Kizilagac. There are several shopping and entertainment options in the immediate vicinity. The lively center of Manavgat can be reached in about 10 km, and the charming historical center of Side is about 15 km away. Public minibus connections ensure convenient accessibility. Antalya Airport is around 70 km away, and the city of Antalya is about 81 km away.

The newly built resort hotel of the renowned Seaden chain has a total of 346 rooms, which are spread over an eight-story main building. Upon entering the spacious lobby with reception, stylish seating areas, lobby bar, elevators, and free high-speed Wi-Fi, guests are warmly welcomed. Culinary variety is provided by the main restaurant with terrace, several à la carte restaurants (for stays of 7 nights or more, one visit per week is included, with reservation), a cozy patisserie, as well as various bars and a disco bar. Other amenities include a game hall, conference room, various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a spacious indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated depending on weather conditions from 1.11. to 31.3.), and an inviting wellness area. In the lovingly landscaped garden area, guests can expect a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a relax pool, expansive sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar during the summer months. Double room = single occupancy (DE). Rooms with pool and sea view (approx. 32 m²) can be booked for an extra charge and offer one double and one single bed (DMS). The generously sized rooms (approx. 40 m²) offer a double bed and a cozy seating area. Facilities include a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor, and a balcony with direct sea view (DDM).

Double room Swim-up

The elegant Swim-Up rooms (approx. 28 m²) feature a double bed, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor, balcony with 2 loungers, and direct access to the shared pool of this room category with pool view (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.

Double room Deluxe Swim-up

The luxurious Double room Deluxe Swim-Up (approx. 40 m²) offer a double bed as well as a seating area, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor, as well as pool view, balcony with 2 loungers, and direct access to the shared pool of this category (DWU). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Family room

The spacious family rooms (approx. 55 m²) consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door. One room is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Two walk-in showers/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, two LCD satellite TVs with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor, and 2 balconies with side sea view (FS2).

For breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the varied and rich buffets. Coffee, cake, and ice cream in the patisserie 10 am – 6 pm, in the afternoon coffee, tea, and pastries as well as an ice cream hour. A large selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as selected import drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
