The approximately 81 m² rooms have similar features to the Lagoon Suites, consist of a combined sleeping/living area (mezzanine style), have a terrace with garden furniture, and provide direct access to the shared pool as well as free cabanas at the beach (S2X). Double room for single use (SX1). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

These approximately 50 m² rooms have similar features to the double rooms and have two bedrooms, shower/WC, balcony with land view (F2G). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2M).

The approximately 49 m² rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double bed and one single bed, individually controllable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea setup and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, balcony, and a whirlpool. Can be booked for an extra charge (DJW). Double room for single use (EJW).

These approximately 66 m² rooms have similar features to the double rooms and have two bedrooms, two showers/WC, and a balcony with land view. Sea view can be booked for an extra charge.

These approximately 100 m² rooms with a private pool have similar features to the double rooms and offer one bedroom and one living room, two showers/WC, a balcony, and garden and pool views. Free cabana at the beach and room service are included.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet (with a diet corner), various international and local snacks during the day at the beach, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the disco. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and is replenished daily as needed.

Visits to the Terralzakaya à la carte restaurant and "The Divo Lounge" at the pool, further visits to the à la carte restaurants, some imported drinks, bottled drinks, luxury spirits, and freshly squeezed juices are for a fee.
