The modern hotel complex covers a total area of approximately 80,000 m² with a total of 300 rooms spread over five floors (elevators available). Amenities at this holiday destination include an elegant lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, a separate children's restaurant in summer, various à la carte restaurants (one visit to an à la carte restaurant included with a minimum stay of 5 nights upon reservation), several bars, a disco, and a patisserie. There is also a hairdresser and various shops (each for a fee). A game room with several attractions, a conference room, and a spa and wellness center (each for a fee) are available. An indoor pool with a children's pool is also provided. In the beautiful hotel garden, you will find a spacious swimming pool area with sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Additionally, there is an aqua pool with water slides (open hourly, weather permitting). Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge for guests here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach/snack bar (March 18 – November 16). Pool towels are provided free of charge.

The approx. 36-45 m² rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double and one single bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea setup and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, and balcony with sea view (DM) or can be booked with sea view and whirlpool (DJW) at an extra charge. DR=SR for single use (DEM/EJW).

Double room land view

The approx. 36-45 m² rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double and one single bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea setup and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, and balcony with land view (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Double room swim-up

With similar features to the double rooms, these are larger (approx. 66 m²) and have direct pool access with land view (SWD). DR=SR for single use (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.

Double room with direct pool access

Featuring similar equipment to the double rooms (approx. 56-62 m²), they have a combined living/sleeping room and direct access to a communal pool and sea view (PZ2). DR=SR for single use (PZ1). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Lagoon Suite

The approx. 59 m² rooms have similar features to the double rooms with direct pool access, consist of a combined sleeping/living room, feature a terrace with garden furniture, and provide access to the communal pool as well as free cabanas on the beach (S2). DR=SR for single use (S1). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Duplex Lagoon Suite

The approx. 31 m² rooms have similar features to the Lagoon Suites, consist of a combined sleeping/living room (mezzanine style), feature a terrace with garden furniture, and have direct access to the communal pool as well as free cabanas on the beach (S2X). DR=SR for single use (SX1). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Family room

These approx. 50 m² rooms have similar features to the Superior Family Suite and feature two bedrooms, shower/WC, and a balcony with land view (F2G). Sea view can be booked at an extra charge (F2M).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet (with a diet corner), various international and local snacks during the day on the beach, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the disco. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and is refilled daily as needed.
