Location

The well-known, family-friendly and modern club complex is located in the Side-Titreyengöl holiday area, directly on the lake of the same name and is managed according to ecological criteria. The extensive sandy/pebble beach has been awarded the blue flag and is approx. 450 m from the hotel, with a free shuttle service (April 1st - October 31st every 20 minutes) available. The historic center of Side is approx. 7 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The holiday home for carefree holidays consists of a main building, two annex buildings (each with elevators) and several villas with a total of 432 residential units. It offers a modern reception hall with a reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (from April 1st to September 30th, all restaurants have a children's menu, open six times a week alternately; Turkish cuisine is included once per stay with reservation, other à la carte restaurants are available for a service charge), various bars (including an adults-only bar). There is also a game hall and several shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee) as well as an attractive wellness area (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms and on the beach. In the spacious garden complex, the amphitheater for evening events is located from May 1st to October 31st, the "Kids World" with great offers for our little ones and of course the freshwater pool landscape with water slides (for children from 4 years old and hourly, children under 7 only with parental supervision), sun terrace, lawns and pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, bath towels and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach (weather permitting). Beach pavilions are available for a fee. Indoor pool (open in the winter season) with integrated children's pool. Heated in pre/post-season.

Double Room

The friendly furnished rooms are located in the main building or in the annex building and are equipped with shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central), minibar, coffee/tea set, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). Single room = double room for single occupancy (DE). Occupancy 2 adults + 2 children bookable under double room type A (DA). With river view bookable at an extra charge (SBD). Double room = single room for single occupancy (ESD).

Super Saver Room

Are identical to the double rooms, located in a less favorable position (SSZ).

Large Double Room

With otherwise identical equipment to the double rooms, they are slightly larger and have sleeping facilities for the third and fourth person (sofa bed or extra bed) (D2X).

Villa 1 Bedroom

Are located in the villa area (with tiled floors) and, with otherwise identical equipment, consist of one bedroom and a separate living/sleeping room (with two sofa beds) with a connecting door and a terrace or balcony (V12).

Villa 2 Bedrooms

With otherwise identical equipment to the Villa 1 Bedroom, they have an additional small separate living/sleeping room (with one sofa bed) (V22).

Family Room

The approx. 45-60 sqm rooms have two bedrooms with a connecting door, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea set, air conditioning (centrally controlled), balcony or terrace (DF2).

Suite

The approx. 50-95 sqm rooms have a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea set, air conditioning (centrally controlled), balcony or terrace (S2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, ice cream by the hour (from April 1st), various coffee types in the coffee area with sweets and cakes from 10 am to midnight, soup, snack and a limited hot buffet from 11 pm to 1 am and light breakfast buffet from 1 am to 7 am. Also snacks during the day, soft drinks and beer on the beach. Ice cream by the pool and on the beach at certain times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars open at the respective times and in the Lake Lounge (until 1 am). The minibar is replenished daily with beer, water, soft drinks, milk and cocoa. In the suites, additionally with 2 beers and 2 crispy sweets. Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Other imported drinks, à la carte restaurant visits and all canned and bottled drinks.
