Location

The well-known, family-friendly, and modern club resort is located in the Side-Titreyengöl holiday area, directly on the lake of the same name, and is managed according to ecological criteria. The extensive sandy/pebble beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and is approximately 450 m from the hotel; a free shuttle service (April 1st - October 31st, every 20 minutes) is available. The historic center of Side is about 7 km away and easily reachable by taxi or public minibus.

The holiday resort for carefree vacation days consists of a main building, two annex buildings (each with elevators), and several villas with a total of 432 accommodation units. It offers a modern reception hall with a seating area and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (from April 1st to September 30th; all restaurants have a children's menu, open six times a week on a rotating basis; Turkish cuisine is included once per stay with reservation, other à la carte restaurants are subject to a service charge), and various bars (including an adults-only bar). There is also a game hall and several shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee), as well as an appealing wellness area (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel, in the rooms, and on the beach. In the generously designed garden area, there is the amphitheater for evening events from May 1st to October 31st, the "Kids World" with great offers for our little ones, and of course, the freshwater pool landscape with water slides (for children aged 4 and up, operating in shifts; children under 7 only with parental supervision), sun terrace, sunbathing lawns, and pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach (weather permitting). Beach pavilions are available for a fee. Indoor pool (open during winter season) with integrated children's pool, heated in early and late season.

Double Room

The friendly furnished rooms are located in the main building or the annex building and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central), minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, satellite TV with music channel, safe, parquet flooring, and a balcony (D). Single room = Double room for single use (DE). Can be booked for 2 adults + 2 children under Double Room Type A (DA). With river view bookable for an extra charge (SBD). DZ=EZ for single use (ESD).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are located in less preferred areas (SSZ).

Large Double Room

These rooms are slightly larger than the standard double rooms and have sleeping facilities for a third and fourth person (sofa bed or extra bed), otherwise with the same amenities (D2X).

Villa 1 Bedroom

Located in the villa area (with tiled floors), these units have the same amenities as the standard rooms but consist of one bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area (with two sofa beds) with a connecting door and a terrace or balcony (V12).

Villa 2 Bedrooms

These villas have the same amenities as the 1-bedroom villas but include an additional small separate living/sleeping area (with one sofa bed) (V22).

Family Room

These rooms, approximately 45-60 m², have two bedrooms with a connecting door, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (central), balcony or terrace (DF2).

Suite

These rooms, approximately 50-95 m², have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (central), balcony or terrace (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, ice cream by the hour (from April 1st), various types of coffee in the coffee corner with cakes and pastries from 10 AM to midnight, soup, snack, and a limited hot buffet from 11 PM to 1 AM, and a light breakfast buffet from 1 AM to 7 AM. Also, snacks, soft drinks, and beer on the beach during the day. Ice cream at the pool and beach at designated times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the Lake Lounge (until 1 AM). The minibar is refilled daily with beer, water, soft drinks, milk, and cocoa. In the suites, additionally with 2 beers and 2 crispy snacks. Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Other imported drinks, visits to à la carte restaurants, and all canned and bottled drinks.

Sports included

Two hard tennis courts during the day with own equipment; table tennis, darts, basketball, beach volleyball, aerobics, water aerobics, mini golf, and fitness room.
