The hotel is located in Titreyengöl, approx. 1.3 km from the beach. During the day, a free shuttle service runs from the hotel to the beach every 20 minutes. Manavgat is about 4 km away and the old town of Side with its sights, shopping and entertainment options is about 5 km away. Manavgat can be reached on foot via the beach promenade. Antalya Airport is approx. 65 km away.

The hotel has 418 rooms spread over six floors with lifts. The interior includes a lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. A buffet restaurant, various à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation), several bars, conference rooms, shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee) are among the other facilities. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and on the beach. In the outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool with a small slide, a pool with five water slides, as well as a sun terrace. Sunbeds, parasols and beach towels are included here and at the beach with beach/snack bar.

The rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone and balcony (D). DR can be booked as SR for single use (DE).

Super saver room

These are identical in equipment to the double rooms, but are located in a less preferred location (SSZ). DR can be booked as SR for single use (SSE).

Family room

With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, the family rooms have two bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Snacks around the clock, ice cream from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, Turkish coffee concept (from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Rich Premium imported drinks and bottled beer (available around the clock at the respective open bars), various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Some Rich Premium alcoholic drinks and soft drinks are served at the beach bar. The minibar is stocked with beer, water, mineral water, fruit juice and soft drinks, and is refilled daily with water and soft drinks.
