Located directly on the Manavgat River in the popular holiday area of Side-Titreyengöl, approximately 250 m from the hotel's own gravel/sand beach; you can reach the beach through a pine forest. The centre of Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, bars, and restaurants, is approximately 7 km away, while the centre of Manavgat is approximately 5 km away. Public transport is available.

This luxury hotel offers 573 rooms across seven floors with elevators, a large lobby with a reception area, comfortable seating, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in communal areas and in the rooms. There is a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace (weather permitting), two à-la-carte restaurants (subject to prior reservation and availability; one of the two is included for stays of seven nights or more), and a patisserie. Various shops, a games room (each for a fee), a disco, conference rooms, an indoor pool with a children's section (heated 15.3–15.4, weather permitting), and a spa and wellness centre. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, and a separate pool with six water slides (open 1.5–15.10, weather permitting/hourly). Sun loungers and umbrellas at the pools and beach are included.

Double room

The modern and elegantly furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), rental safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LED satellite TV, laminate flooring, a balcony, and a view of the river (D2F). Double rooms for single use are also available (D1F). Rooms with pool views (PD) and sea views (DM) are available for an extra charge. Double rooms for single use (PDE) & (DEM) are available.

Family room

Offering the same amenities as the double rooms, these include an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bathroom (DF2).

Family room Type A

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these rooms feature two bathrooms (2FA).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites feature the same amenities and consist of a bedroom and a living room, covering approximately 56 m² with a sea view (J2M).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style with a diet corner, late-riser breakfast, hourly snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream, as well as a midnight snack or soup. In the main restaurant, all drinks are served at the table. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included around the clock at the currently open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
