Location

The impressive holiday complex, set amidst the shady Sorgun forest, is located directly on its own sand/pebble beach. The towns of Side or Manavgat are approximately 6 km away. Taxis and public minibus connections to both directions are available nearby.

The holiday complex has 299 rooms. The interior features a reception area with a cozy seating area. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. Further facilities include a main restaurant, several bars, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required and subject to availability; some à la carte restaurants are included once a week with reservation, Chef's Kitchen is at a charge), as well as a hairdresser and various shops (each at a charge). The outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's and baby pool, the Palomaqua water park with 19 slides for all ages (12 slides for adults, 7 slides for children, Splash World, open at certain hours/weather permitting) and sun terraces. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are included here and on the beach; daybeds and cabanas are at an additional charge.

Studio

These rooms (approx. 42 sqm) feature a French bed and a sofa bed, shower/WC, air conditioning (central/weather-dependent), minibar, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, tiled floor, safe, and balcony (S12). Double room for single use (S11). Rooms with terrace and direct pool access can be booked at an extra charge (2PC).

Family Suite

These suites, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, are slightly larger (approx. 52 sqm) and feature a separate living/sleeping area, balcony, and garden view (2FS). Rooms with a terrace can be booked at an extra charge (2FT), as well as rooms with sea view and balcony (2FM) which can be booked at an extra charge.

Family Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities and room layout as the family rooms, these suites offer direct pool access and a terrace (2PF). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge as Family Suite Type A (ASF). Children are only allowed from 6 years of age.

Large Family Suite

These suites (approx. 74 sqm) feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms/WCs, otherwise they are equipped like the family rooms and have a balcony (FAG). Rooms with a terrace can be booked at an extra charge (AFG).

Suite (Summer 2026)

With similar amenities to the family suite, these rooms feature a balcony. Maximum occupancy is 2+2 or 3+0 (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style (organic food available seasonally), continental late riser's breakfast, Turkish and international snacks served throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream at certain times, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and some imported drinks are available 24 hours a day at the open bars. Refreshments, fruit, and snacks are served at the pool and beach at certain times. Your minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, water, and beer.
