Location

The holiday property is separated from the sandy/pebbly beach (with rocky slabs in places) only by the beach promenade and is located directly opposite the ancient excavation sites of Side. The resort of Side is only approx. 500 m away and can be reached on foot along a small beach promenade. There are also shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The complex, which is particularly popular with German guests, consists of 203 bungalows. Amenities include a small lobby with a reception and lobby bar; Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex. Further facilities include a games room, hairdresser and minimarket (each for a fee), an amphitheatre, additional bars and a patisserie. The air-conditioned main restaurant is located on the beach promenade, offering a wonderful view of the sea from the terrace. The two à la carte restaurants (weather permitting from 15.5. to 1.10., for a fee) are located in the garden area. In the hotel's well-kept garden, there is a freshwater swimming pool and a children's pool with a water slide, sun terraces, as well as a pool/snack bar and beach bar. Sun loungers, sunshades, beach towels and cushions are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

These pleasantly furnished wooden and stone houses feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, rental safe, a French bed or two single beds, and a terrace (D So' 27/DA So' 26). DR=SR for sole use (DEA So26/DE S27).

With the same facilities as the double rooms Type A, these include a separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from a varied buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon in the patisserie, as well as midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the currently open bars from 10 am to midnight. During the day, soft drinks and beer at the beach bar. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
