Location

Your holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach of Side, separated only by the popular beach promenade. The historic town center with its many entertainment options is just 1 km away, a short stroll along the promenade. Minibus connections and taxis are available.

The hotel, with its personal flair and many regular guests, consists of a main building and another small building in the garden which houses the buffet restaurant. Facilities include the lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, Wi-Fi is available in the lobby for a fee. There is a lift (five floors) and a snack bar in the garden with sea views. At the small freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, as well as on the beach, sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available to our guests free of charge. Beach towels are available for a fee.

Double room

The friendly furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, direct dial telephone, minibar, satellite TV, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Can be booked with sea view for an additional charge (DM). Single room for single use (DE/DEM).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are somewhat smaller than the double rooms with otherwise identical facilities, are located on the top floor, and do not have a balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

These rooms consist of a bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed, separated by a door (DF2).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive, you will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, as well as coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the hotel from 10 AM to 11 PM. Your mini-fridge will be stocked daily with a 1.5-liter bottle of table water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
