The holiday hotel is located approximately 200 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach of Side. The town center with its shops, restaurants, and ancient sights is only about 1.5 km away, for example via a walk along the beach promenade. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Summer:
The holiday residence features a total of 212 rooms, spread across a five-story main building and a four-story annex (each with an elevator). Hotel facilities include a tastefully designed reception area with a lobby bar and seating areas, Wi-Fi in the hotel area up to 6 MB, an LCD satellite TV corner, the buffet restaurant, three specialty restaurants (with a stay of at least 7 nights, one visit to each restaurant is included subject to availability and reservation, second visit for a fee), various bars, a conference room, a health club, and in winter, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated seasonally). Various shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and a game hall with an internet café are each available for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor area features a nicely landscaped activity freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool as well as another pool with two water slides (hourly/weather permitting 12.4.-31.10.), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun umbrellas, bath towels, and sun loungers are available to our guests free of charge at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar 12.4.-31.10.).
Winter:
- Indoor pool with separate children's pool is heated in November and March.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are free of charge on the sun terrace.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available once per stay, subject to reservation and availability.
- The minibar is stocked with still water only.
- Soft daytime animation.

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with music channel, minibar, electric kettle with tea/coffee, direct-dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour in the summer. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars as well as in the disco between 10 a.m. and midnight. The minibar is stocked with water upon arrival and in the summer is also stocked with mineral water, soft drinks, and beer, which is replenished daily as needed. In the summer, the beach bar is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
