The small holiday complex is about 350 metres from the beach. The centre of the well-known resort of Side is about 1 km away. Public minibuses and taxis are available on the main road nearby.

The family-friendly holiday hotel consists of a four-storey main building with lifts and has a total of 210 rooms. It offers an attractive reception area with a reception desk and seating, as well as a lobby bar and TV corner. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area, high-speed internet for a fee. Facilities include the main restaurant with terrace, a small games room for card games, a small library and an indoor pool (open only in winter season and depending on weather), as well as a freshwater swimming pool with a water slide and separate children's pool and a sun terrace with a snack bar in the small outdoor area. Sun loungers, cushions and umbrellas are free of charge around the pool, beach towels for a fee.
