The popular hotel is located on the beach of the same name, nestled amidst a palm grove, just approx. 5 km from the fishing village of Las Terrenas. The drive to Santo Domingo Airport takes approx. 2.5 hours.

Built in Caribbean style, the hotel impresses with its spacious and inviting architecture, offering 606 rooms spread across 3 floors. In the main building, you'll find the welcoming lobby with reception, a buffet restaurant, 7 bars (snack bar, pool bar, lobby bar), 5 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Brazilian, Mediterranean, Greek, and gourmet restaurants), and a souvenir shop. In the palm-lined outdoor area, there are 2 beautiful freshwater swimming pools, a children's pool, a water park, a pool bar, a whirlpool, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex free of charge.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
