The comfortable hotel complex with 494 rooms consists of a main building and nine three-story outbuildings. General facilities of the resort include a lobby with reception, the buffet restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (Mexican and Brazilian) as well as two further restaurants (for a fee), 4 bars, a theater, a wine shop (for a fee), 4 lounges, various shops, a freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace, and a separate children's pool.

These rooms are much more spacious and feature higher-quality furnishings with classic elegance and modern innovative elements, as well as a bathtub with hydromassage function. Additionally, the room offers a small seating area for relaxation. Available at an extra charge with pool view or adult-only garden view.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If the occupancy is 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased presence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
