The complex has a total of 520 rooms, a reception, several bars, a buffet restaurant: El Batey, a Tex-Mex restaurant: El Paso, an Italian restaurant, and a seafood restaurant (Sea-Scape at Casa Marina Reef). There are also boutiques, a souvenir shop, a beauty salon, and a disco in the Casa Marina Reef area. Towards the beach are attractively designed garden and pool areas with 2 swimming pools (one with a separate children's pool, activity pool, 2 for adults), and a sun terrace. Above the beach, nestled in lava rocks, are 3 whirlpools with a great view of the sea.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Notice

Wearing a wristband is required to use the All-Inclusive services. If the hotel occupancy is low, various restaurants/areas may be temporarily closed in exceptional cases.
In the Dominican Republic, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be openly integrated into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.
Note: with low occupancy, one of the buffet and à la carte restaurants as well as the reception may be closed!!

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause a slight noise.
