The luxurious hotel has 528 rooms, nestled in a breathtaking natural landscape. Within the complex, you will find 3 pools (whirlpool, main pool, and sports pool), 1 playground, a large garden area, and a tennis court. For your culinary well-being, there are a total of 6 restaurants (1 main restaurant (buffet) and 5 specialty restaurants), 6 bars, a pool bar, and a snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge. Lean back and enjoy a stay entirely to your liking.

Double room

The double rooms are approx. 37 m² and have a bathroom/toilet, TV, air conditioning, minibar, bathrobe and slippers, tea/coffee maker, safe, iron, king-size or double bed, and a balcony (PR1/PR2). Also bookable as Premium Tropical View (PTZ).

Double room Near Pool

Have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are in a preferred location. Also offer a bathrobe in the room (NPS).

Junior Suite

Have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but are more spacious with garden or pool view and a balcony, as well as concierge service (JS2).

Double room Bayahibe

Have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are in close proximity to the beach. They have been completely renovated, offer a bathrobe, sound system, and daily turn-down service (DZY).

Junior Suite Near Beach

The Junior Deluxe Suite is 43 m² and has the same amenities as the Junior Suite with a king-size bed and is located in close proximity to the beach. It also offers daily turn-down service and concierge service, as well as a sound system, bathrobe, and beach towels in the room (JB2).

Consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (DF2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two double beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Dinner alternatively in the specialty restaurant, snacks, local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 9 AM to 2 AM at the respective open bars, 11 AM to 11 PM room service. The Star Cafe is open 24 hours. A smart/formal dress code applies to the restaurants (shoes, long sleeves for men).

Seasonal note

During stays between April and December, increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and sea are affected. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
