General facilities include a lobby, the "Ambar" buffet restaurant, 2 à la carte restaurants serving Mediterranean and Dominican cuisine, 3 bars (including a snack bar, pool bar, and 24-hour sports bar), a nightclub, the "Cacao" theater, a mini-market, lounge rooms, 2 swimming pools with a sun terrace, sun loungers and towels (included, also at the beach), a whirlpool, and a children's pool.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seagrass and algae may happen due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is common during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
