Veranda cabin

The veranda cabins offer a feeling of freedom right outside the cabin door. With 16–20 m² of interior space and a generous outdoor area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. A private veranda with hammock, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom with shower transform this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for unwinding.

More space for real holiday moments: The veranda comfort cabins offer around 20 m² of living space and a generous veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

The choice is made between Veranda Comfort, Balcony, Ocean View, or Inside Cabin. The exact cabin and deck assignment is handled by AIDA Cruises. This can also include barrier-free cabins, cabins with separate beds, restricted views, or connecting doors. Special cabin requests cannot be taken into account; later rebookings or changes are excluded.

Booking for children under 2 years
The booking can only be made on request. Initially, an option without an infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 people including baby. Subsequently, a binding request with all required data is sent via e-mail. If no option is available, a booking request via e-mail is recommended.

Important note:
Persons residing in areas sanctioned by OFAC are excluded from participating in cruises. Citizens of Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Ukraine can only be transported with proof of permanent residence outside the mentioned regions.

The 4-story hotel consists of a main building and 11 annexes (3 without elevator) and has a total of 548 rooms. The entire hotel complex conveys a Caribbean flair that invites you to linger and relax. Furthermore, in addition to a reception (check-in from 3 PM, check-out until 12 PM), it offers its guests a lobby with a bar and various shops. Culinary well-being is provided by 6 restaurants (5 of which are à la carte and one serves as a snack bar during the day), a food truck, as well as a pizzeria and crêperie. In a total of 6 bars, you can end the evening in a cozy atmosphere. In the garden area, there are 3 swimming pools and 3 whirlpools. Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are included at the pool and beach. Sit back and enjoy the best time of the year.

These rooms have two beds, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, rental safe, and balcony with pool or garden view (2CD/1CD/2KK). Optionally also with sea view (DM/DEM).

Family room duplex

The family rooms extend over 2 floors. In the lower area, there is a sofa bed, shower, living area, and in the upper area a king-size or two queen-size beds. The rooms also have Wi-Fi (DUF/DK3/DK7/DK8).

Junior suite

With the same equipment as the double rooms, but larger and with a double bed, sea view, and located directly on the hotel's exclusive private beach section. Also features a minibar, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. In addition, one hour of hydrotherapy is included. You can also enjoy access to the Premium Beach Club, which includes exclusive service at the VIP bar, premium drinks, snacks, coffee, petit fours, beach service, preferred restaurant reservations, and Wi-Fi (JS2/KJ1).

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and current. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This, however, requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates a slight noise level.
