The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

This may also include accessible cabins, cabins with twin beds, limited view, or connecting doors. Special cabin requests cannot be taken into account; subsequent rebookings or changes are excluded.

Booking children under 2 years
Booking is only possible upon request. First, an option without an infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 persons including the baby. Subsequently, a binding request with all required data is sent via email. If no option is available, a booking order via email is recommended.

The 5-star resort with a total of 520 units features an open lobby with a reception. 5 à-la-carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, French, Mexican, Fish/Seafood - one for adults, one exclusively for Preferred Club guests for breakfast and lunch, open to everyone in the evening), a buffet restaurant, a snack grill, a café, and 13 bars (3 of which are exclusively for Preferred Club guests) offer plenty of culinary variety. Junior Suite Tropical View

Preferred Club Junior Suite Tropical View

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located in the Preferred Club area with extra benefits. (approx. 54m²) (JTV). Available for an extra charge with pool view (JPV), ocean view (PJO), or direct pool access (PCZ).
Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased risk potential for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Preferred Club

The Preferred Club offers the following amenities: Personalized check-in and check-out, bar, restaurant, butler service, daily complimentary newspaper in the room (English or Spanish). Private Preferred Club pool and bar.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased appearance of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded. The beach and the sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local municipalities. For this purpose, however, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary, which generates a slight noise level.
