Veranda cabin

The veranda cabins offer a sense of freedom right outside your cabin door. With 16–20 m² of interior space and a spacious exterior area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. A private veranda with a hammock, flexible sleeping options, and a modern bathroom with a shower turn this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for relaxing and letting your mind wander.

More space for real vacation moments: The veranda cabin Comfort offers around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxed hours in the fresh sea air. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

This may also include accessible cabins, cabins with separate beds, limited view, or connecting doors. Special cabin requests cannot be taken into account; subsequent rebookings or changes are excluded.

Booking for children under 2 years
The booking can only be made on request. Initially, an option without an infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 persons incl. baby. Subsequently, a binding request with all required data is sent via e-mail. If no option is available, a booking request via e-mail is recommended.

Important note:

The luxurious hotel has 526 rooms, nestled in a breathtaking natural landscape. Within the complex, there are 3 pools for you (hydro-pool, main pool, and sports pool), 1 playground, a large garden, and a tennis court. The double rooms are approx. 37 m² and feature a bathroom/toilet, TV, air conditioning, minibar, bathrobe and slippers, tea/coffee maker, safe, iron, king-size or double bed, and a balcony (PR1/PR2/PPR/SPR). Also bookable as Premium Tropical View (PTZ).

Double room Near Pool

These rooms have the same equipment as the double rooms but are located in a preferred location. They also offer bathrobes in the room (NPS).

Junior suite

These have the same equipment as the double room Superior but are more spacious with a garden or pool view and a balcony, as well as concierge service (JS2).

DZ Premium Superior Near Pool

These have the same equipment as the double rooms but are located in immediate proximity to the beach. They are completely renovated and offer a bathrobe, sound system, and daily turn-down service (DZY).

Junior suite Near Beach

The Junior Suite is 43 m² and has the same equipment as the Junior Suite with a king-size bed and is located in immediate proximity to the beach. Additionally, a daily turn-down service and concierge service, as well as a sound system, bathrobe, and beach towels, are offered in the room (JB2/JNB/JNE).

Family room

Consists of two double rooms with a connecting door (DF2). Also bookable as a family room Superior, completely renovated and located in building 3 (ZSF).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two double beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no additional beds are placed in the room, i.e., occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Suite Ocean Front (PUJ392I)

The approx. 52 m² suites offer a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area with seating options, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It also features a hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, and balcony (O2F/O1F).

Suite Roof Top private pool (PUJ392I)

Covering approx. 82 m², these spread over two floors and offer plenty of space. They are located on the top floors and are only bookable for guests 18 years and older. Amenities include a terrace with a pool and sun loungers, king-size bed, TV, bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, and balcony (SRT).

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased incidence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded then. In this case, the beach and the sea are affected. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which emits a slight noise level.
