The Dreams La Romana hotel is located directly on the beach, on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic. The fishing village of Bayahibe can be reached in about a 10-minute walk. Punta Cana Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, increased occurrences of brown algae are often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate a slight noise level.
