The VIK hotel group complex is located directly on the beach of Playa Bavaro. Distance from the airport approx. 30 min., from the "Plaza Bavaro" shopping center approx. 5 min.

Facilities

The tasteful holiday complex features a Caribbean-style lobby, reception, 5 bars, buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant, beach restaurant, souvenir shop, mini-market, boutique, VIK spa (wellness, fitness), and internet service (partially for a fee). The 447 rooms are located in 5 3-story buildings grouped around the swimming pool landscape with sun terrace and sun loungers, pool/beach bar. Pool/beach towels, parasols, and sun loungers are included at the pool and on the beach.
VIK hotel Cayena Beach is a luxurious VIP area and is accessible exclusively to guests staying there. The complex features 47 exclusive deluxe suites on 3 levels, a separate reception, a tropical restaurant with bar, a private pool with pool bar, and a sun deck. Sun loungers are included in the private beach section. Guests of the Cayena Beach Club have access to all facilities of the entire complex.

Superior Double Room

Family Suite

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased appearance of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently observed during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise level.
