An impressively designed, renovated holiday resort with a colorful Caribbean design. The resort has 355 rooms with an imposing, open lobby and other public facilities such as a Caribbean shopping street and beauty salon. From the lobby, a paved path leads through a lush, natural mangrove forest to your holiday club. It features a buffet restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants, a coffee shop, 9 bars, an ice cream parlor, 3 freshwater swimming pools with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a snack bar located between the pool and the beach. All facilities of the Tropical Princess can be used as well.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are provided in the room, which means: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of sargassum (brown algae) in the Caribbean during this time, which can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administration. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight background noise.
