Built in 2026, this hotel is set amidst a beautiful tropical garden and features 552 rooms distributed across five floors in one building, accessible by elevator. For cooling off, there are five pools, a separate children's pool, and a water park. Facilities include a spa area, beauty salon, library/reading area, theater, disco, casino, eight bars, six à la carte restaurants (Japanese, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Thai, Peruvian), a buffet restaurant, a boulevard with leisure activities and two restaurants, a sports bar, coffee shop, Baco Wine Cellar (for a fee) & shop, English pub, and an ice cream parlor. Sun loungers and bath towels are included at both the pool and the beach.

Resort Junior Suite Waterpark View King/Queen

With the same amenities, the Resort Junior Suite Waterpark View offers a view of the water park. The King rooms feature a king-size bed and a sofa bed (RJW), and the Queen rooms feature two queen-size beds (RSQ).

Resort Junior Suite Swim Up King/Queen

The Resort Junior Suite Swim Up rooms offer the same amenities with a terrace providing access to the pool (not a private pool). The King rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa bed (JSO), and the Queen rooms feature two queen-size beds (JSU).
Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

The Resort One Bedroom Suite King offers the same amenities plus a king-size bed, sofa bed, and an additional living room (RSK).
