Location

Excellent location right by the sea, on the famous Playa de Bávaro beach in an exceptionally exotic setting. The complex was built together with the neighboring Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino on a 320,000 m² plot of land, amidst coconut palm plantations and lush tropical vegetation. The hotel is located just approx. 23 km from Punta Cana airport and offers its guests an expansive beach.

The comfortably equipped rooms (approx. 36 m²) feature a bath/WC, hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (daily refill with water, beer, and soft drinks), coffee and tea-making facilities, iron/ironing board, and a balcony or terrace. 110 V power supply, American flat-pin plugs, and iPod dock (G2Y/G1Y). Also bookable facing the pool (2ND) or as a Deluxe Economy room with potentially a less favorable location or different facilities (XD2).

The junior suites are more spacious (approx. 42 m²) and feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with the addition of a small living area with a sofa bed (135x190 cm) and a whirlpool in the bathroom (JGB/JGK/JG4/J4G). Also bookable facing the pool (JV2/JV3/JV4/JVK).

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate machinery, which may result in a slight noise level.
