The resort, comprising the Grand Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort and the Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites, is nestled amidst one of the Caribbean's most beautiful coconut groves, directly on a stunning sandy beach.

Facilities

The resort offers a total of 816 accommodation units. General facilities include a spacious reception and lounge area, buffet restaurant, beach restaurant with panoramic views (lunch buffet and themed dinners), various à la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, French, Tex-Mex, Rodizio, American, Mediterranean; subject to availability and reservation). Furthermore, the hotel features a snack bar, 11 bars, 2 large swimming pools with easy-access entry, 2 separate children's pools, sun terraces, a sports bar, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, mini-supermarket, and various other shops, the Sirenis Aquagames water park, and an entertainment stage. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and beach.

Double Room

The rooms have been renovated and feature a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished daily), coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, bathrobes, Wi-Fi, room service (11 am-11 pm), and a balcony or terrace (D/DE/KD).

Economy Junior Suite

Equipped like the non-renovated double rooms, without bathrobes, and with air conditioning, a rental safe, room service (11 am-11 pm), and Wi-Fi (JSS/SK0/SK4).

Family Suite

The family suites are located in the Tropical area, have been renovated, and feature individually adjustable air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, ironing board, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, minibar, safe, a living area, and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door, room service (11 am-11 pm), and a balcony or terrace (2FS/KF2/KF3).

Romantic Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly larger and renovated. They feature a whirlpool bath. Wi-Fi and a safe are included (RR2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For a 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults occupancy, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

All meals in buffet form, à la carte with prior reservation and subject to availability. Snacks 24 hours, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and international alcoholic drinks from 9 am to 2 am, non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar.

Sports included

Subject to availability: fitness center, darts, two tennis courts, beach volleyball and soccer, indoor soccer field, archery, kayak, snorkeling, one introductory scuba diving session in the pool. Non-motorized water sports: snorkeling (1 hour per day included per guest). Beach and pool towels included.

Information

Adjacent to the hotel, you will find the 12,000 m² Sirenis Aquagames water park with the following features (admission is included for all hotel guests): a large central swimming pool, a 10-meter high tower with 4 slides, a heated children's area (ages 4-11) with 10 children's slides, a baby pool (ages 2-4) with animal and splash figures, and much more.
In the Dominican Republic, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be experienced due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often prevalent in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of equipment that may generate some noise.
