The spacious and luxurious hotel complex is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Runaway Bay. There are various shopping opportunities in the surrounding area, and the town center is 25 kilometers away. The airport is approximately 69 kilometers away.

The seven-story beachfront hotel offers 523 rooms and a variety of amenities for a comfortable stay. It features a reception, a lobby with a bar, air conditioning, a free safe, a shop, a disco, a theater, free parking, and currency exchange facilities.
Culinary delights are catered for in five air-conditioned restaurants, while guests can unwind in three bars in a cozy atmosphere. The hotel also offers extensive leisure facilities, including three pools, four integrated whirlpools, and a swim-up bar for refreshments right by the pool.
On the sun terrace, guests will find a solarium with sunshades and loungers, as well as towel service and pool and beach waiter service. The fitness studio and the spa offer relaxation and recreation for body and mind.

Accommodation

Junior Suite Deluxe

The Junior Suites feature a hydro-massage bathtub or shower, separate toilet, a king-size bed or 2 double beds, seating area, sofa bed, and balcony or terrace. The rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, a safe, TV with international channels, fan, telephone, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers. Additionally, a pillow menu (upon request) and turndown service (J2D/J1D) are available. Optionally, they can also be booked with sea view (JDT) or as Ocean Front (JDM).
From November 1, 2026, they will be bookable as Junior Suite Deluxe 1 King Bed (J2D/J1D), 2 Double Beds Deluxe JS (JU2), JS Deluxe Sea View 1 King Bed (JDT), and Ocean Front Dlx. JS 1 King Bed (JDM).

Breakfast (7-10:30 AM), lunch (1-3:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-10:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant "Jazmin." National alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the open bars from 6 AM to midnight. Snacks are served at the Las Olas Restaurant from 8 AM to 10 AM and from 12 PM to 6 PM in the outdoor area. For a special dining experience, guests can dine in the à la carte restaurants: Takara (Asian), Picasso (Mediterranean), and Rodizio (Brazilian), each open from 6 PM to 9:30 PM.
Appropriate footwear and a cover-up or shirt are required for dinner in the buffet restaurant. Semi-formal attire is required in the à la carte restaurants. Reservations are necessary and subject to availability.
