The hotel is centrally located in Havana. Havana's Old Town is about 10 minutes away. Transfer time from Havana Airport is approx. 30 minutes and from Varadero Airport approx. 2 hours.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2014 and offers a total of 220 rooms on 18 floors. Hotel amenities include a reception, a lobby with lobby bar, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and a snack bar "Azul" on the 17th floor. The pool is located above the rooftops of Havana and offers a breathtaking view of the city and the sea.

The rooms are modern and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, telephone, and minibar (for a fee) (D/DE). Double rooms with sea view can also be booked at an additional charge (DM/DEM).
