The resort was completely renovated in 2023. Extensive and well-kept gardens with lush tropical vegetation invite you to stroll along the ecological paths. The resort features a spacious and elegant lobby (free Wi-Fi) with artistic and sophisticated decoration, a colonial-style plaza, 2 ponds with flamingos, a shopping center (photo shop, supermarket, jeweler, tobacco shop), and a large covered animation theater. For your culinary delight, there are 2 international restaurants with show-cooking service, as well as 5 à la carte restaurants: steakhouse, Japanese, Mexican, Thai, and Mediterranean. Additionally, within the resort, you'll find 2 lobby bars with live music on various days, a bar in the theater with entertainment, a quiet bar, a pool bar, a 24-hour sports bar, a smoking lounge bar, and a beach bar. The pool and swim-up bars are located within the 3220 sqm freshwater pool landscape, which includes 1 quiet pool exclusively for adults. The area is surrounded by sun terraces and tropical vegetation.

The comfortable double rooms feature 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed, a bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, a furnished balcony, telephone, ceiling fan, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, iPod station, minibar (daily replenished with water, soft drinks, and beer), tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a safe (G1Y/G2K/G2Y).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For a double occupancy with 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

All meals served with show-cooking service, and in the evening, also in one of the 5 à la carte restaurants. Snacks & beer available 24 hours, alcoholic and non-alcoholic national and international drinks, house wine with lunch & dinner, some cocktails included. Minibar replenished daily (additional orders subject to charge). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided at the beach and pool. Bars and restaurants are all included in the All Inclusive program (at different times).
The Grand Palladium Colonial can also be used.

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate a slight background noise.
