Situated amidst tropical vegetation and on a long sandy beach, the resort is located approx. 25 minutes' drive from Playa del Carmen and approx. 20 minutes' drive from Tulum. The beautiful sandy beach is protected by an offshore coral reef. The Riviera Maya Golf Club is located within the resort. It is a particularly popular destination for families.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased accumulation of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the local municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause a slight noise level.
