The newly built 13-story adults-only hotel is part of the overall Iberostar Selection Cancun complex and is located in a prime position right on the beach. The hotel has 156 luxurious suites for adults only, which guarantee a unique experience with first-class service, inclusive benefits, VIP facilities, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. All facilities, restaurants, and bars of the Iberostar Selection Cancun can be used without restrictions. Specifically for guests of the Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Cancun, the hotel also features an outdoor pool, 3 bars (swim-up, lobby, snack bar), and its own beach section with Balinese beds and sun loungers. The spacious suites feature two double beds or one king-size bed, a balcony with a whirlpool and sea view, a bathroom with a shower/WC, Smart TV with home cinema sound, air conditioning, coffee machine, and minibar (daily replenishment with premium drinks) (2JO/1JO). Also bookable as a Junior Suite Roof Top Ocean Front (RTO).

The spacious corner rooms feature the same amenities but are distinguished by their spectacular large wraparound balcony with a whirlpool and sea view. In addition, the rooms have a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub (C2O).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are provided in the room; this means occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a frequent increase in the presence of brown algae in the Caribbean can be observed. This impacts the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise level.
