The hotel is located directly on the long, fine sandy beach at the end of Cancun's hotel zone. Numerous restaurants and entertainment options are a 15-minute drive away. The airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away.

The beautiful resort has 426 rooms spread over 9 floors, a reception area with seating, various bars including a lobby bar, sports bar, and a beach bar. Dining facilities include a buffet restaurant and 5 à la carte restaurants (Japanese, Mexican, Italian, American Bistro, and a steakhouse), the Star Café, and food trucks. The well-maintained, modern outdoor area features a spacious freshwater swimming pool landscape with 6 infinity pools and a sun terrace. A colorful water park with a pirate ship is available for younger guests. Sun loungers and towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably and luxuriously equipped, located in the main building, and offer a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), air conditioning, minibar (daily replenished), coffee machine, safe, iron, and a French balcony (D). Bookable as Premium Room from November 1, 2023 (PR1/PR2). Also bookable at an additional cost with a side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM). From November 1, 2023, bookable as Premium Side Ocean View (PSO) or Premium Ocean View (PVO).

Superior Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities, more spacious, with a balcony and sea view. Also bookable as Premium Ocean View with Balcony (POB).

Villa Ocean Front

The villas have a sea view and are equipped with a king-size bed or two double beds, free Wi-Fi, coffee machine, hairdryer, room service, bath/WC, iron/ironing board, safe, and a balcony (VOF). Also bookable as Villa Poolside (V2) or Villa Ocean Front Swim Out (VOS).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If the occupancy is 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room. This means the occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased amounts of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and sea are affected. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause a slight noise level.
