Location

The holiday resort is located approx. 16 km from San Miguel and is situated directly on the white sandy beach of Cozumel. The family-friendly hotel is surrounded by tropical mangroves and offers its guests beautiful flora and fauna. Playa del Carmen can be reached by ferry within approx. 45 minutes. For snorkeling and diving enthusiasts, the nearby Palancar Reef is one of the top 5 diving destinations.

The rooms (approx. 29 m²) are located in 2-story, thatched-roof villas and feature one king-size or two queen-size beds, shower/bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (including soft drinks, water, and beer), coffee machine, iron, Wi-Fi, rental safe, and a balcony or terrace with a hammock (DSU/DEU).

With the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, these rooms are also located closer to the pools and the whirlpool (SPU/SPE).

Ultimate Dive Experience Superior Premium

Same amenities as the Superior Premium rooms, but guests additionally receive the following benefits: private check-in/out, a special wristband, exclusive pool area, free internet access, one tank per day for diving, free storage and maintenance of diving equipment in the dive shop, and special hangers for wetsuits (U2D).

As of now, hotels in Mexico are gradually introducing an "Eco-Tax".

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased accumulation of brown algae is frequently observed in the Caribbean during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may result in a slight noise level.
