Location

The Adults Only Resort is located directly on the white sandy beach and is surrounded by the Riviera Maya. Near the hotel, you will find the world's second-largest barrier reef, located just off the coast. From the hotel, you are well-positioned to undertake interesting excursions to well-known archaeological sites, as they are located nearby. In the immediate vicinity and close to the town center of Playa del Carmen, you will find diverse shopping opportunities, numerous restaurants, various bars, pubs, cafes, and extensive other entertainment options as well as vibrant nightlife. Cancun Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive away.

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. Particularly, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach areas in cooperation with the municipalities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
