The 5-star resort is built in a Caribbean-Mexican style. It has 502 suites and spoils its guests with the Unlimited-Luxury® concept. The tastefully furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, king-size bed or two double beds, safe, Nespresso machine, minibar (daily replenished with beer, water, and soft drinks), bathrobe and slippers, as well as a living area with a sofa bed, and a furnished terrace with a whirlpool (J2P/J1P). Also available with garden view (JGB/JGS), partial sea view (JS2), or ocean view (JOV).

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are frequently found in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate a slight background noise.
