Location

Located directly on the beautiful white sand beach of Costa Mujeres. You can reach the popular and lively center of Cancun with its many discos, bars, and shops in approx. 30 minutes. Cancun International Airport is also about 35 minutes away from the hotel.

Facilities

This family-friendly beach hotel impresses with its modern design and high-quality service and was built with a focus on ensuring maximum environmental compatibility and the protection of native animal and plant species. In the outdoor area, there are three freshwater pools (1x exclusively for Family Selection guests) and a separate children's pool with ample sunbathing areas that invite you to linger. Junior Suite

The modern junior suites are equipped with a king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds with memory foam mattresses, an additional sofa bed, bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub, separate toilet, flat-screen TV, safe, telephone, minibar (daily replenishment), tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, pool towels, butler service, 24-hour room service, and a balcony or terrace. Wi-Fi is available free of charge (JGB/JGS).

Family Selection Junior Suite

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a frequent increase in brown algae in the Caribbean can be observed during this time. The beach and the sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight background noise.
