This exclusive adults-only resort with a luxurious all-inclusive program is beautifully situated in a tropical garden and forms a unit with the neighboring hotels in the Iberotel Playa Paraiso Resort. The hotel has a buffet restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Japanese, French, Seafood & Steak, and Caribbean) and various bars. At Iberostar Grand Paraíso, guests receive directly refilled bottles as there are no public drinking fountains.
It features the Winnow system for reducing food waste and 3R devices for waste management in the hotels.
We have two coral nurseries in front of the complex where we are working with our scientific team to restore the coral reefs.
Together with the community where the Paraíso complex is located, we monitor the hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps set up for this activity.
We maintain mangrove areas in our Paraíso complex, which help protect our coasts and hotels from storms and hurricanes.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
