The hotel is located directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of Playa Paraiso, between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen. Cancun Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

The complex with 432 rooms is located in a complex with the hotels Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, Iberostar Paraiso Lindo and Iberostar Paraiso Beach. Guests can enjoy the comfort and facilities of all complexes. The main restaurant, 9 à la carte restaurants (subject to availability), 7 bars and StarCafe cater for culinary needs. The extensive, beautifully landscaped garden area features a fantastic pool landscape with a wave pool, activity pool, lazy river, children's water park with slides (from 1.20m), water park and sun terraces. The complex also has a spa, a shopping center and a discotheque.

The beautiful rooms are equipped with bath/WC, whirlpool, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, WI-FI, minibar, safe, iron/ironing board and balcony or terrace (JS2/JS1). Also bookable as economy rooms (limited quota). Also bookable with pool view (NPS). Also bookable as Junior Suite Tropical View (JST).

The rooms have the same amenities but a better location within the complex (JNB).

One Bedroom Star Family

The family suites have the same amenities, are more spacious and have a visually separated area (JFA).

Junior Suite Family Two Bedroom

With the same amenities, these suites are even more spacious and have 2 balconies and 2 interconnected rooms, located near the Aquatic Park (TFJ).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Features the Winnow system for reducing food waste, 3R equipment for waste management in hotels and installed drinking water fountains.
We have two coral nurseries in front of the complex where we work with our scientific team to restore the coral reefs.
Together with the community where the Paraíso complex is located, we monitor the hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps set up for this activity.
We maintain mangrove areas in our Paraíso complex, which help protect our coasts and hotels from storms and hurricanes.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally working to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
