The hotel is located directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of Playa Paraiso, between the towns of Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen. Cancun Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

This 432-room resort is situated within a complex shared with the Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, and Iberostar Paraiso Beach hotels. Guests can enjoy the comfort and facilities of all the properties. Dining options include a main restaurant, 9 à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability), 7 bars, and the StarCafe. The expansive, beautifully landscaped gardens feature a fantastic pool area with a wave pool, activity pool, lazy river, children's water park with slides (for heights from 1.20m), a water park, and sun terraces. The beautiful rooms are equipped with bath/WC, whirlpool, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, iron/ironing board, and a balcony or terrace (JS2/JS1). The family suites feature the same amenities, are more spacious, and include a visually separated area (JFA).

Junior Suite Family Two Bedroom

With the same amenities, these suites are even more spacious, feature 2 balconies, 2 connecting rooms, and are located near the Aquatic Park (TFJ).

Features the Winnow system to reduce food waste, 3R equipment for waste management, and installed drinking water fountains.
We have two coral nurseries in front of the complex where our scientific team works on restoring coral reefs.
Together with the community where the Paraiso complex is located, we monitor the hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps specifically established for this activity.
We preserve mangrove areas within our Paraiso complex, which help protect our coast and hotels from storms and hurricanes.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased accumulation of brown algae in the Caribbean is common during this time. This may affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is necessary for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
