The luxurious colonial-style hotel offers 388 rooms distributed across 3-story buildings. Furthermore, the complex offers 7 specialty restaurants (Japanese, Italian, Gourmet, Smokehouse, Brazilian, Mexican, and Mediterranean; reservations required and subject to length of stay) and 2 buffet restaurants that leave nothing to be desired. Sit back in one of the 7 bars and 3 pool bars, or enjoy a unique shopping experience in the shopping center featuring shops, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, and an ice cream parlor. Junior Suite Near Beach

The Junior Suites offer an additional attractive location near the beach and pool, are more spacious at 44m² than the Premium Rooms, and feature an expanded sense of space as well as a decorative arch separating the living and sleeping areas (JS2).
Also available to book as a Junior Suite Ocean Front with a private balcony, located on the upper floors (J2M).

With the same amenities as the standard Junior Suites, these offer a private terrace with direct access to the beach and sea views (Y2U).

Family Room

The Family Rooms are 80m² and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door. They are equipped with two bathrooms, bathtubs or showers/WC, iron/ironing board, ceiling fan, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, minibar, and two balconies or terraces (DF2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are provided in the room; this means: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

The hotel uses the Winnow system to reduce food waste, 3R equipment for waste management, and installed drinking water fountains.
We have two coral nurseries in front of the complex, where our scientific team is working to restore the coral reefs.
Together with the community where the Paraíso complex is located, we monitor the hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps set up for this activity.
We preserve mangrove areas in our Paraíso complex, which help protect our coasts and hotels from storms and hurricanes.
Community tourism project in the Riviera Maya: The project takes place in the Caribbean community of Chemuyil in Quintana Roo. It is operated by the Bejil-Ha Riviera Maya cooperative, which was originally founded by seven passionate locals dedicated to preserving more than 50 cenotes in the region, as well as protecting the native flora and fauna of the Yucatán Peninsula. This initiative benefits more than 30 local families and promotes awareness and protection of the area. It offers exclusive itineraries and invites guests to explore the community and its natural surroundings with experienced local guides. Excursions include bicycle tours, visits to cenotes, and a local gastronomic experience.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal authorities. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight background noise.
