Located directly on the fine sandy beach, in the well-kept, quiet hotel zone of Playacar. Playa del Carmen is only about a 20-minute walk away. Cancun is about 65 km away.

The popular hotel club complex with 286 rooms has a lobby with a reception, a small shop, 2 snack bars, 4 bars including a disco and a sports bar, 3 à la carte restaurants serving Italian, Mexican and Oriental cuisine, and a main restaurant. The beautiful tropical garden area features 2 swimming pools (1 relaxation pool and 1 activity pool with a separate children's pool), including a beautiful Sun terrace. Sun loungers and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Rauchverbot

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Saisonhinweis

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae can occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause a slight background noise.
