The expansive resort offers 8 restaurants (international buffet restaurant, gourmet restaurant, cupcake cafe, Mexican snacks, creperie, steakhouse, Asian, Brazilian, and Italian), 6 bars & 3 snack bars, a discotheque (18+), a stage for shows, and a boutique. Riviera Family Queen Junior Suite

The spacious junior suites feature an integrated living area, bathroom with shower/WC and whirlpool, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, 24-hour room service, and a balcony or terrace with pool or garden view. The rooms are equipped with either two queen-size beds (2KQ/1KQ) with a sofa bed or one king-size bed (K2Z/K1Z) with a bunk bed.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

Between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. This impacts the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate machinery, which may cause slight background noise.
