The property features 715 rooms spread over 7 floors, a lobby area with a reception, various bars, including a lobby bar and a pool bar. Gastronomic facilities include a buffet restaurant and 4 à la carte restaurants. There are 2 infinity pools in the outdoor area. Sun loungers and pool towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

The spacious rooms feature one king-size bed or two queen-size beds and offer a wonderful view of the sunsets over the mangrove reserve from the furnished balcony. Modern amenities include air conditioning, a 65-inch HD TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, coffee maker, safe, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, and exclusive toiletries. For added comfort, there are blackout curtains, down duvets, a daily replenished minibar, 24-hour room service, and housekeeping (TSS). Available with sea view (2HY) and located on one of the upper floors (HFO) for an extra charge.

One Bedroom Suite Ocean View

Otherwise identical in terms of equipment, these spacious suites feature a bedroom with a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a separate living and dining area, a workspace, and a furnished balcony with sea view. The bathroom is equipped with a double vanity, rainfall shower, and walk-in shower. Additional features include a seating area with a sofa. In addition, guests enjoy all meals in 12 restaurants, a daily 60-minute hydrotherapy session per adult at the Waldorf Astoria Spa Riviera Maya, and access to the exclusive AMAI Beach Club for adults (OBO).
