Location

The 4-star Iberotel Casa del Mar Resort (from May 1, 2026, JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort) is centrally located in the popular resort town of Hurghada, directly on a vibrant promenade with numerous shopping and entertainment options. Despite its proximity to the promenade, the resort is situated in a quiet area, opposite its sister hotel, Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach.
The private sandy beach of the sister hotel is just a few minutes' walk away. There, one of the most beautiful stretches of beach at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach invites you to sunbathe and relax while enjoying views of the Red Sea. Additionally, there is access to the splash area at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach, featuring two pools and a children's pool (heated in winter). Use of the pool bars, beach bars, and food court at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach is also included.
Various restaurants, bars, and shops are also located in the vicinity of Hurghada Downtown, which is about 10 km away. You can experience Egyptian hospitality particularly well during a stroll along the numerous small shops and eateries. Hurghada Airport is approximately 5 km away.

The modernly equipped complex of the 4-star resort features a total of 202 stylishly furnished rooms spread across six buildings. The brightly designed reception hall is equipped with a reception desk and inviting seating areas. The main restaurant "Panorama" offers a lavish buffet with international dishes. The authentic à la carte restaurant "Enoteca" serves Italian specialties. The resort's three bars, including the lobby bar "Blue Bar" and a pool bar, offer refreshing drinks. The diverse offerings are complemented by a shisha corner with an Arabic flair and the discotheque "Le Bouchon". The well-maintained garden area houses a beautiful pool landscape with two pools (one of which is heated in winter) and a small water park with three slides and a separate children's pool, providing swimming fun for all ages. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge for guests at the pool of "Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort" and on the beach of its sister hotel, "Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach".

Double Room Superior Pool View

The Double Rooms Superior Pool View (DSP) are 36 m² and feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, a queen-size bed or two twin beds, TV, telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, minibar (for a fee), balcony or terrace with garden view. Furthermore, these rooms have been completely renovated. The rooms can be booked as Schauinsland original rooms. Also available for single occupancy (ESP).

Double Room Superior Deluxe Pool View

The rooms (PXU) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Premium Pool View, but are additionally equipped with two sofa beds.

Family Room Pool View

The Family Rooms (FP2), measuring 51 m², have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Premium Pool View, but include an additional living area with two sofa beds.

Breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, each served buffet-style in the main restaurant "Panorama". Additionally, there is a midnight snack from 10:30 pm to 12 am. Late risers' breakfast is available at the "Makai Tukai" restaurant from 10:30 am to 12 pm. Guests can dine once a week in two à la carte restaurants, with one of the reservations required at the Asian restaurant 'Makai Tukai'. Other restaurants include "Pomodoro" for Italian cuisine, "Oscar" for grilled specialties, and "Aqua" for Mediterranean dishes. These restaurants are open from 7 pm to 9:30 pm for dinner.
Various snacks are offered throughout the day from 12:30 pm to 5 pm.
The offerings are rounded off by a total of five bars and a shisha corner. The Lobby Bar is open 24 hours.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the open bar.
Dress Code: Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers in the restaurants. Ladies are requested not to wear hot pants or similar in the restaurants.
