Location

The 4-star Iberotel Casa del Mar Resort (from May 1, 2026, JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort) is centrally located in the popular resort town of Hurghada, directly on a lively promenade with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities. Despite its proximity to the promenade, the resort is situated quietly, opposite its sister hotel, Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach.
The private sandy beach of the sister hotel is just a few minutes' walk away. There, one of the most beautiful beach sections of JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach invites you to sunbathe and relax with a view of the Red Sea. Additionally, there is access to the splash area at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach with two pools and a children's pool (heated in winter). The use of the pool bars, beach bars, and the food court at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach is also included.
Various restaurants, bars, and shops are also located in the vicinity of Hurghada Downtown, which is about 10 km away. Egyptian hospitality can be experienced especially during a stroll along the numerous small shops and eateries. Hurghada Airport is approximately 5 km away.

The modernly equipped complex of the 4-star resort has a total of 202 stylishly furnished rooms, spread across six buildings. The friendly designed reception hall is equipped with a reception desk and inviting seating areas. The main restaurant "Panorama" offers a rich buffet with international dishes. The authentic à la carte restaurant "Enoteca" serves Italian specialties. The three bars of the resort, including the lobby bar "Blue Bar" and a pool bar, offer refreshing drinks. The diverse offerings are complemented by a shisha corner with an Arabic flair and the disco "Le Bouchon". In the well-maintained garden area, you will find a beautiful pool landscape with two pools (one of which is heated in winter) and a small aqua park, which provides swimming fun for young and old with its three water slides and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge for guests at the pool of the "Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort" as well as at the beach of the sister hotel "Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach".

Double Room Superior Pool View

The Double Rooms Superior Pool View (DSP) are 36 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, a queen-size bed or two twin beds, TV, telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, coffee and tea maker, safe, minibar (for a fee), balcony or terrace with garden view. Furthermore, these rooms have been completely renovated. The rooms can be booked as schauinsland-original rooms.
Also available for single occupancy (ESP).

Double Room Superior Deluxe Pool View

The rooms (PXU) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Premium Pool View, but are also equipped with two sofa beds.

The Family Rooms (FP2), with a size of 51 m², have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Premium Pool View, but are equipped with an additional living area with two sofa beds.

Breakfast from 7-10 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30-9:30 PM, each served as a buffet in the main restaurant "Panorama". Late riser breakfast at the pool bar from 10:30 AM - 12 PM. Dinner once a week at the à la carte restaurant "Enoteca" from 6:30-9:30 PM (minimum stay 7 nights).
During the day, various snacks and ice cream are offered from 12 PM to 5 PM.
